Every Parish Church in England keeps registers of all the people who were Baptised (Christened), Confirmed or married there.
We are happy to search the registers for you if you need a copy of your Baptism or Marriage certificate, or you want to trace your family tree or find information on your long lost Uncle Albert.
But before you ring or email, please note that we only hold the most recent registers in Church. For Baptisms before 1965 or weddings before 1980, you will need to consult our older registers which are held at Portsmouth Records Office.
Wherever you search, remember that the more information you can provide, the quicker you will find what you’re looking for (and the happier you will make the searcher!).
